SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Children aged 8 and over, mentally, sensory and physically handicapped persons
may only use the device if they have been thoroughly familiarised with its functions
and safety precautions by a supervisor responsible for them and understand the
associated risks.
• Do not remove the cover to reduce the risk of electric shock. There are no user-
serviceable components inside the unit.
• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the unit to rain or moisture.
• Always unplug the appliance immediately after use.
• Only use the device for its intended purpose.
• Never place or store the appliance in a place where it could fall into a bathtub or
sink.
• Never place the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Do not reach for the appliance if it has fallen into water. Immediately unplug the
appliance from the wall outlet.
• Make sure that no objects fall into the appliance and that no liquids are spilled over
the appliance.
• Never leave the appliance unattended while it is plugged in.
• Take special care when children or persons in need of help are near the unit.
• Never use this product if the power cord or plug is damaged, the product has
malfunctioned, dropped, damaged, or fallen into water.
• Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with hot surfaces. Do not wrap
the cord around the outside of the product or hang it over the edge of the table or
shelf.
• Do not use the product outdoors.
• Do not tamper with the safety plug or use an extension cord in combination with the
unit.
• Do not use the device in combination with a voltage transformer.
• Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device.
• Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer as this may result in injury.
