Switches 1-5 which are used to set the system code, are on the left -hand side. Ad-
just the switch positi ons unti l they match the system code in the remote control
that is to control the socket.
You can use switches A-E on the right-hand side to defi ne which channel of the
remote control is assigned to the remote control socket. Please take note that the
remote control only has channels A-D and that switch E must therefore be down.
Furthermore, each remote control socket can only be
assigned to one of the four available channels.
Push the switch for the channel to which the socket is to be assigned, up and the
switches for the remaining channels down. Then close the fl ap again.
The remote control socket will now respond to the remote control which has the
same system code and the butt ons matching the channel set out of channels A-D.
Now plug the remote control socket into a properly installed safety socket in your
home. The devices are then ready to operate.
5 Switching remote control sockets on and off
Press the "ON" butt on for one of the channels A-D on the remote control in order
to acti vate the remote control sockets for the corresponding channel. The associ-
ated devices are turned off by pressing the "OFF" butt on.
If the LED on a remote control socket shines conti nuously, this means it is
switched on. If the LED is conti nuously off , this is also the case for the socket.
