Quick Mount Bars
allow you to quickly
clamp down the cylin-
der head. Install rods
through the head bolt
holes. One set included
in kit. Also sold sepa-
rately.

Preparation
Remove all parts from boxes and inspect carefully. Notify us
immediately if something is missing or damaged.
Install the handwheels on the towers and tighten with an
allen wrench. Place tower on the end of the mill bed and
install T-nuts on screws with the Lever Lock Assembly. Install
Cradle Assembly into the receiver in the tower (support free
end with a block to keep it off the bed). Next, install the other
tower by sliding it onto the cradle. Fasten the tower to the
bed with the T-nuts and Lever Locks as before.
Make sure the cradle is parallel to the table and leave an 1/8"
gap on both sides on the cradle to the receiver. This will allow
enough travel for easy operation. Lock down ends with
adjusting bolt on the Lever Locks on each end so they hold
securely to the bed.
Instructions for use
Place the head on the cradle and secure with Quick Mount
bars. Handwheels can be turned to adjust height after head
as been properly secured. Adjust head to any angle and lock
in place with the Lock Handles on the Towers. Firm pressure
is required to lock the head securely in place.
Head should be
placed parallel
to the Mill Bed
for initial set-up.
At this point

1/8" gap on
