Before starting maintenance work or handling the
compressor, disconnect the electric socket. If you
disassemble the compressor, remember the orientation
and position of the parts in order to reassemble them
correctly.
Keep compressor as far away as possible from the
spraying areas.
- In order to repair the compressor, disconnect the
electric socket. Never connect it with the protection
covers removed..
- Avoid liquid contact with the compressor (water,
petrol,)
- Never spray towards yourself or other people or
animals.
- Working places must be well ventilated and with no
direct exposure to flames (cigarettes, lamps, etc. . .).
Check temperatures.
- Use approved breathing equipment, goggles and
ear protectors.
- The unit does not cause mechanical hazards if used
correctly. It does not transmit vibrations.
The use of products containing halogenous hydrocar-
bons may cause chemical reactions in form of explosion.
6. MAINTENANCE
Always use original spares to ensure total interchan-
geability and perfect operation.
It is essential to check the unit periodically. Open the
drain valve (6) and remove any water in tank periodi-
cally.
7. CLEANING
Keep clean all the air conducts.
8. SECURITY
- Not applying the indications contained in this manual
may cause incidents that can decline on physical
safety of the user or other people or animals.
- Make sure the existence of an electrical grounding.
- Never use the compressor with bare feet or with wet
hands or feet.
- Do not allow outsiders access to the compressor.
- Not following the instructions of this manual could
result in incidents that affect the security of the user or
other persons or animals.
