Safety instructions
Please read the operating instructions before using the
unit for the first time.
Only use the unit in enclosed spaces.
Only for NiMH batteries.
Never attempt to recharge dry batteries.
Ensure that the battery's capacity matches the charging
current of the unit.
Keep small children away from the unit while charging.
Children should only operate the charger unit if
supervised by an adult.
Allow heated batteries to cool prior to charging.
If a battery becomes very hot (>40°C, battery poss.
defective), disconnect the power plug.
Never use the charger as a direct current supplier for
electrical appliances.
Rechargeable battery types
Transmitter battery/ies 9,6Volt
Receiver battery/ies 4,8Volt
Glow plug battery 1,5Volt
Charging process
Insert the power plug of the charger into a standard
domestic socket outlet. Connect the plug for charging the
receiver pack (4 cells) to the charger plug, pay attention
to the connector force, do not apply power. Red cable
plus / black cable minus. The charger plug for the glow
plug battery (1 cell) is connected to this similar to a glow
plug. Never connect to a starter system, which obtains
the glow plug voltage by means of reduction through a
battery with a higher voltage!

The charging of the three battery types can occur either
individually or simultaneously. The charging time can be
calculated as follows:
Charging time (hours) = 1.4* -----------------------------
During the charging process, the charger unit and
batteries will heat up slightly (towards the end of the
charging period).
• When charging a battery, the relevant LED will light up.
• Remove the battery from the charger at the end of the
charging period (disconnect plug).
• In the event of a defect (heat build-up) disconnect the
power plug and remove the batteries from the charger
unit.
