Shredder Operation
This shredder is equipped with an Auto Start/Stop smart sensor, which allows the
unit to automatically start when a DVD or CD is placed into the feed opening and
stop as soon as the item travels completely through the feed opening.
Troubleshooting
Index Abnormalities
1 The machine doesn't
work when a CD is
pushed into the entrance.
2 After working for some
time, the machine can
not operate normally.
3 The machine does not
finish operating when
the CD is completely
out of the exit.
4 The CD is jammed in
the machine and the
machine stops operating.

Causes
1. The CD is not of the
common size.
2. The "I" side of the
switch is not pushed
down.
Locked rotor makes
the motor overheated
and then temperature
protection set takes
action.
After the operation the
CD gets deformed.

Countermeasures
1. Must put right sized
CD in the machine
2. Push down the "I"
side of the switch.
Unplug the shredder
from the outlet, and let
the machine rest for 15
minutes.
Remove the CD from
the exit. (The machine
will stop then.)
Just put another CD
into the entrance. (The
machine will restart
its operation and the
jammed one will get
out.)
