Warming
The horizontal showcase VHC 1000 is fitted with a ventilated warming
unit enabling the right temperature to be reached quickly in the showcase. The
2400 W warming power enables to reach a maximum temperature of 90°C. This
will allow you to keep warm all cooked food for more than 2 hours.
VHC 1000
The temperature can be adjusted thanks to the thermostat located on the rear panel.
You can see the reached temperature on the thermometer inside the display.
Commissioning:
The commissioning of the VHC 1000 showcase requires a horizontal plate (1m x
1m), placed approximately 0.65m from the floor.
2-1 Assembling
Slide the warming unit into the frame of the showcase.
Lock it thanks to the two threaded knobs located on the sides.
2-2 Connection
Connect the neon power supply to the warming unit connector.
Connect the main power supply cord to a 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz, 10 A minimum protected
connector.
The neon tube will light up immediately.
By setting the switch to "I", the ventilator will go on and the thermostat will ensure the
temperature regulation.
It takes about 15 minutes to reach the maximum temperature. Then you can place some
warm food in the display.
Caution: this product is not an oven; as a consequence you must not place cold
products inside the display in order to warm them.
Cleaning and servicing
After each use, it is advisable to clean the stainless steel tray by taking it out from
the front of the showcase.
Clean the showcase with a soft sponge. Do not use any abrasive material on the transparent
parts.
When using detergents, it is advisable to carefully rinse the metal surfaces.
Do not clean the showcase under a sprinkling; water infiltration could damage the
electrical elements.
