target steps (default is 10k steps),

you have burned. The application
also offers many graphs that allow
you to easily see your history and
progress from the very first time
you use it.

2. TRACKING YOUR SLEEP

Parfois Activity lets you track your
sleeping time, waking-up time and
sleeping analysis data without
requiring any action. All you have
to do is wear it when you go to
sleep. If you do not want to track
your sleep, remove your watch
before going to sleep.
