OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Properly Filling Air Tank with Air
Only fill from a source of clean, dry compressed air.
There are two ways to fill the air tank with air:
A. Intake Valve
Place the filling valve from the compressor onto the
intake valve (I) on the air tank (See Figure 3).
Check the pressure gauge (F) while filling the tank,
until it has reached the desired amount of air needed
for your particular application.
DO NOT FILL AIR TANK BEYOND 185 PSI.
After the tank has been properly filled, remove the
compressor filling valve from the intake valve (I)
and screw the intake valve cap on clockwise
(See Figure 4).
B. 1/4 inch Male Plug
Connect the coupler end of air hose to the
1/4-in. male plug (K) on the air tank (See Figure 5).
NOTE: There is a check valve that the 1/4-in. male plug
is screwed into. No air will be released when removing
the air line after you have filled up the air tank.
DO NOT FILL AIR TANK BEYOND 185 PSI.
