DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Always inspect pack for cracks or tears before use. Do not exceed
recommended therapy time of 20 minutes. CONSULT THE BELOW
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DETAILED WARNINGS, CAUTIONS and
PRODUCT USE.
COLD THERAPY
Place compress in the freezer for a minimum
of two hours.
HEAT THERAPY
Do not boil to heat pack.
Microwave Heating Method:
Place compress in the microwave and heat
at full power for the time indicated in the
chart below. NOTE: Microwave power levels
may vary; follow the suggested heating
times below.

Wattage Heating Time
700 Watts ~ 13 Seconds
1000 Watts ~ 12 Seconds
1250 Watts ~ 10 Seconds
If necessary, continue to heat in 5 second intervals until desired
temperature is reached.
CAUTION:
It is recommended that you wrap the compress in a towel or cloth
before application. If hot or cold therapy becomes uncomfortable,
remove product. For external use only. Do not use bag if it is
punctured, torn or leakage occurs.
WARNING:
Use carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over sensitive
skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. Severe skin
burning and possible permanent injury may occur if skin
temperatures reach above 107° F; extreme cold may cause
frostbite. The unattended use of Gel Beads by children, elderly or
incapacitated persons may be dangerous. Hot and cold therapy is
not recommended for people with circulatory problems, Raynauds
Syndrome or diabetes without consent by your physician.
If gel comes in contact with eyes or open wound, flush with water.
If gel comes in contact with skin, remove any contaminated
clothing and wash the area with mild soap and water. Seek medical
attention for any persistent symptoms including irritation or
redness.
This product is non-toxic. Discard if bag becomes damaged or
leaks. Do not mix with combustible materials.
