DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Hold the drum from the inside and
twist the drum counter clockwise to
release the drum. FIGURE 1
2. Remove the handle by pulling
it away from the drum housing.

3. Slide the drum housing out of
the guides while the base is in the
unlocked position. FIGURE 3

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Before using the Drum Shredder/Slicer for the first time, and after every use, the
unit must be completely disassembled and cleaned with hot, soapy water. Dry
immediately.
The Drum Shredder/Slicer is top-rack dishwasher safe.
NOTE: DO NOT PLACE THE SUCTION CUP BASE IN THE DISHWASHER.
For removing produce from the blades, we recommend using a soft bristle brush.
