QUICK START INSTRUCTIONS

Getting Started/How to Use

1. Place the tip onto the belt to be welded and
apply pressure
2. Still applying pressure, press the start switch
and hold pressure for 1-2 seconds
3. Release the switch and apply higher pressure
– hold for 1-2 seconds to allow weld to cool

Place the tip onto the belt to be welded and
APPLY LIGHT PRESSURE
2.
Still applying light pressure, press the start switch
and HOLD LIGHT PRESSURE for 1-2 seconds
3.
Release the switch and APPLY HIGHER PRESSURE
– hold for 1-2 seconds to allow weld to cool

Troubleshooting

A. System is not welding
i. Verify system is plugged in (110-240VAC)
with ground
ii. Verify power switch is on – is light illuminated?
iii. Is tip fully tightened? Use two wrenches
iv. Pressing too hard
v. Check tip – is tip worn?
You can touch the side of the tip
vi. System goes into overload when triggering
handpiece: Check to see that handpiece is not
making any ground contact
This is a safety feature so that operator
does not get an electrical shock
