Using the cart correctly
The workshop cart Mirka® Solution Trolley with Pneu and Elec EU is mainly used for the storage of tools and
consumables . The cart may only be set up on level surfaces . Occasionally it may be necessary to drive on slightly
inclined surfaces, in which case the inclination should not exceed 2% . The cart is primarily intended for use inside
workshops . Other applications should be agreed with the manufacturer .
Assembly and installation of the cart
NOTE: Only use the provided mounting material to assemble the cart!
The perforated wall is screwed to the tray (top) centrally or laterally using the threaded holes . The following parts can
be individually attached to the perforated wall:
• tray cup abrasive
• Mirlon Total® Holder
• sanding block holders
• hooks
The machine holder and the hose holder are screwed to the side of the shelf (top) using the threaded holes provided .
The trash can is screwed to the side of the cart (handle side) using the threaded holes provided . The metal hanger for
the hose rewind is screwed into the threaded holes provided at the rear of the cart .
Operation
Electrical connection
Connect the power cable of the Mirka® Solution Trolley with Pneu and Elec EU to the mains supply . The total power
consumption of appliances connected to the triple socket at the same time must not exceed 3,000 W .

the preassembled hose section on the maintenance unit . The compressed air connection to the Mirka® Solution Trolley
with Pneu and Elec EU must not exceed max . 10 bar .
Working with the Mirka® Solution Trolley with Pneu and Elec EU
Operators who are shorter than 1 .75 m should use a footrest to compensate for the ergonomic working height . To
avoid the risk of tipping, heavy objects should always be placed in the lower drawers .
Maintenance
NOTE: Maintenance and repair work, especially on the electrical and pneumatic equipment may only be carried out by
qualified personnel .
• The condition of the cart and its components must be regularly checked for function and safety . The necessary
maintenance work should be carried out as soon as possible, especially if signs of wear or dirt are visible . If problems
arise during maintenance work that can not be remedied by your own means, a specialist in compressed air or
electrics should be consulted .
• Electric and pneumatic equipment must be serviced regularly .
• Disconnect mains plug and disconnect compressed air connection before carrying out any maintenance, servicing
and maintenance work .
