Twin Controller Pro
The TwinController Pro is software controlled with MOTION FLOW. Therefore, it reacts completely differently to the
usual controllers. The TwinController Pro makes an evaluation for the gradual increase or decrease of your fans. By
altering the fan speed the controller will automatically find the appropriate ventilation level at which the
programmed temperature is maintained. This new technique means no more temperature fluctuations and fan noise
is kept to a minimum.

In addition, the PRO software on the TwinController Pro will also keep humidity in your room under control during
the dark cycle – when it matters the most!
Achieving Negative Air Pressure
Always choose fans with a difference in airflow capacity. For example, choose a 1000m3/hr and a 2000m3/hr.
The ventilation system will now automatically create the correct negative air pressure.
Note that the smaller fan is connected to the ''FAN AIR IN'' power outlet and the larger fan to the '' FAN AIR OUT ''
power outlet. Of course you can connect only a single fan if required. Connect a fan of no more than the total amps
of the controller to the '' FAN AIR OUT '' power outlet.
Usage:
1 . Connect your ventilators to the sockets
2 . Set the MINIMUM fan speed with dial knob 1 (e.g. 30%)
3 . Set the desired temperature with dial knob 2 (e.g. 25 °C)
4 . Set the MAXIMUM fan speed with dial knob 3 (e.g. 95%)
5 . Place the Temperature Sensor in your room. Note; do not place in direct airflow or directly under a light source.
6 . Place the Light Sensor in your room, facing the light source; do not remove the cap yet!
7 . Now connect the TwinController PRO to the mains power source.
The TwinController PRO will automatically control the fans to the appropriate speed necessary to maintain the set
temperature.
* PRO function OFF (cap not removed)
As long as the cap is not removed, the PRO function will not be activated. Use the PRO feature only when humidity
control is critical.
* PRO function ON (cap removed)
The PRO feature ensures that extra air is refreshed at night, even if the temperature does not require more
ventilation. As soon as the sensor detects that it is dark, the fans will run slightly faster than the current setting,
every hour for a few minutes. The high humidity that occurs overnight will thus be removed from the room. By just
this slight increase in the speed of the fans, the temperature, especially in the cold winter months, will not be
adversely affected. Because moisture problems generally only occur at night, as soon as the light turns on again the
PRO function will turn off and the controller will run in the normal mode.
Please note that, once the PRO feature is activated, you only can disable this function by a reset. (Unplug the mains
power cord of the TwinController PRO, place the cap back on the sensor, and then plug the mains power cord back
in.)
When the TwinController Pro is first turned on, it will scan the room for 5 minutes to find the correct speed for the
fans. During this time, the ventilators will start running faster and slower as the TwinController Pro calibrates. After
this scanning process the TwinController Pro will always know the correct running speed for your ventilators and will
adjust them accordingly. Attention: Set a suitable minimum speed for your ventilators! (If set too low, the ventilators
may make some noise and the air will not be refreshed adequately.)
