electrical supply when not in use to ensure the
battery is always charged. It should however be
unplugged before assembling, disassembling,
cleaning or if not being used for a prolonged
period of time.
• This product contains Nickel Metal Hydride
batteries that are not to be removed from the
appliance for charging. The batteries in this
appliance are non replaceable by the end user.
Only an authorized technician should perform
this task for safety reasons.
• The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.
• Only use the appliance indoors on a solid, level
work surface.
• The charger should be plugged into an electrical
socket away from a sink or any hot surface.
• Do not use an extension cord. Plug the charger
directly into an electrical socket.
• Do not charge the unit using an outdoor socket.
• Use the unit only for its intended use as described
in this manual.
• Never insert an object into the Wine Opener
corkscrew opening.
• Do not carry the charging base by the cord.
• Unplug the appliance from the power outlet when
not in use and before cleaning.
• Do not touch or adjust the Wine Opener's
