Solution
Make sure you connect the AC adapter to
the frame and the outlet, properly.
Make sure you inserted a card in the slot
No photo files in the memory card.
Verify if the way you inserted the card is
correct
Restart the portrait, unplug the AC power
and plug it again.
Verify that Pause button is not pressed
It is possible that the images have a
greater resolution or bigger size
to play them in the in portrait
