2.3 Start To Assemble

Step 1. Unscrew all screws on back panel.
Step 3. Pull out the LANDISK module from the
housing.
Note:
If you are installing an old hard drive and willing to keep all previous data, please make sure the
File System on your hard drive is FAT32. LANDISK does not support the File System other than FAT32.
Otherwise, you may need to re-format your old hard drive by LANDISK's utility(See Chapter 3).

Step 2. Take off the back panel.
Step 4. Setting up your IDE hard drive as "Master/
Single" mode.If you are going to install a brand new
hard drive,please skip Step 4.If not,please refer to
the paperwork/sticker of your hard drive for "Master/
Single" configuration.If you are not familiar to the
configuration,the manufacturers' Web sites are
often helpful.
