7. Next, tap SELECT "PHOTOBACKUP" to start the backup process:
View Backup Up Files
View / Edit Photos – Each app has a the Phone2Frame photo viewer and editor
feature. Here, you can view, delete, rotate, and crop photos so they fit digital picture
frames or TVs with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Mac App – Photo Viewer
Windows App – Photo Viewer
iOS App – View / Edit Photos
Android App – View / Edit Photos
Troubleshooting:
If you are unable to complete a backup, the confirmation screen has a button to "Send
logs to support". Tap this button to attach logs for our support team to determine what
went wrong. Please note, you must have email setup on the device to send logs to us.
Help Files – The Windows app and Mac app both have a comprehensive help files that
can be accessed from the app. Please read the help file before contacting support.
