Insert the item's plug into the cigarette lighter socket (12V) of your vehicle.
Allow the heating element to warm for approx. 2- 3 minutes.
Hold the ice scraper over the frozen surface of the windshield or car window for a few seconds.
Once the ice layer begins to melt, scrape the ice with the scraper blade and move to another area.
note: do not leave the ice scraper in one location for over two minutes.
important: the heating element should never make direct contact with glass or other surfaces of the
vehicle.
To remove any ice residue or water drops, use the squeegee blade found on the upper part of the scraper.
Unplug the ice scraper from the socket and allow it to cool down for 3-5 minutes before storing.
caution
the heating element can get very hot and can cause burns and start a fire.
Be very careful not to place the heating element on to skin, clothing, or any surface of the vehicle.
do not leave the ice scraper unattended when plugged in.
never place the ice scraper directly on windshield or car window glass, or any other vehicles interior
surfaces.
do not use on plexiglass or on plastic window of convertibles.
cleaning and maintenance
Make sure the ice scraper is unplugged and completely cold before proceeding with any cleaning operation.
Clean any ice or moisture residue with a soft cloth; make sure to dry thoroughly before storing.
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the outer surface of the ice scraper.
important: never clean the ice scraper under tap water.
