• If the kettle is damaged in any way, please stop usage and contact the
manufacturer.
• Do not allow the power cord to hang on the edge of the table.
• Do not place the kettle on or next to high temperature surfaces.
• Please do not put the kettle on boil when there is a lack of water. It is easy to
damage the heating plate and shorten the lifespan of the appliance.
• When using, keep appliance out of reach of children.
• Do not dip the product into water or other liquids.
• After boiling, please do not touch the steam emitted from the spout.
• When pouring, please keep a safe distance away from the kettle in order to
avoid getting into contact with hot water
CAUTION - Material Damage
• Take care that any steam escaping from the appliance might damage wall
paper, wall cabinets or other items. Turn the spout away from furniture and
walls.
• Keep hard items away from the appliance.
• Although the kettle is protected from boiling dry, operating it without water
will shorten the lifespan of the kettle.
• If the cut-out switch turns off the kettle to prevent overheating and boiling
dry, proceed as follows:
- Take the kettle off from the base.
- Allow the kettle to cool down for at least 15 minutes before reflling it with
wateror replacing the kettle on its base.
Boiling Water
1.Fill the kettle with the amount of water required. Do not fill with more than
1.5 litres of water.
2.Press the lid down firmly to ensure it is closed properly.
3.Place the kettle onto the base.
4.Press the power button to turn on the kettle; the 100°C button will light up
and flash.
5.The kettle will automatically boil to 100°C/boiling point.
