1. Remove all packaging materials and any
transport safety devices. Keep packaging
material out of reach of children. Danger of
suffocation!
2. After washing your hair, dry it thoroughly
with a towel.
3. To avoid damage to your hair, your hair
should be free of hair-styling products such
as foam or gel before using the appliance.
4. Best results are achieved with dry hair. Dry
your hair well using a hair dryer, if necessary.
5. Brush your hair until it falls loosely.
6. To attach the different accessories to the
appliance please proceed as follows: First
check that the appliance is shut off and the
plug is not connected to the wall socket.

curlIng tongS

The curling tongs are ideal to form small curls.
attention: avoid direct skin contact. danger of burns! handle curling tongs with care!
1. Prepare your hair as described in the chapter
„Before first use".
2. Attach the curling tongs to the appliance.
3. Connect the plug to a wall socket.
4. Switch the appliance on using the „EIN/
AUS" [ON/OFF] switch.
5. The control lamp on the appliance lights up.
6. Heat the appliance up for a couple of
minutes in order to achieve the best styling
result.
7. Separate the combed hair into strands no
more than 5 cm wide. If necessary, separate
the strands using hair clips.
8. Press the curling tongs open and place the
end of a hair section into the curling tongs.
9. Release the curling tongs to close.
10. Now wrap the hair section around the
curling tongs towards the root.

bruSh attachment

The brush attachment is ideal to form big curls.
1. Prepare your hair as described in the chapter
„Before first use".
2. Attach the curling tongs to the appliance.
Now push the brush attachment to the
closed curling tongs until it latches into
place. Attention: the end to push over the
curling tongs is marked with an arrow and
has a univocal mounting position.
3. Connect the plug to a wall socket.

The check mark on the appliance must
be set to  when attaching the accessory.
After having
turn the unlocking ring on the handle of
the appliance to the symbol The cor-
responding accessory is now firmly attached
to the appliance and you may start styling.
7. To change the accessory, turn the unlocking
ring to the symbol  and detach the
accessory. Please note that the attachments
become very hot during their use. Let the
attachments cool off before changing them.
11. Leave the section wrapped around the
curling tongs until it feels warm.
12. Carefully unwrap the section and open the
tongs to let the hair easily slip out.
13. Repeat steps 6 to 12 to style the remaining
strands.
14. Before styling your hair with a comb, a
brush or your fingers, let it cool for a while.
15. Always switch the appliance off using the
EIN/AUS [ON/OFF] switch before dis-
connecting the plug from the wall socket.
16. Please remember that the accessories and
the appliance are very hot after use. Change
the accessories only after an adequate cool-
off time in order to avoid burns.
