PROBLEM
Toast lever will not lock in place.
Toast rack is not closed.
Food does not slide onto serving tray.
Crust side of bagel is too dark.
Toast is too dark.
Note: Failure to clean the serving tray may result in fire hazard. Do not attempt
to dislodge food when the toaster is plugged in.
1. Unplug the toaster from the outlet and allow to cool completely before
cleaning.
2. Wipe the serving tray and the outside surfaces with a damp cloth to remove
crumbs or remove serving tray for cleaning as needed. Wash the serving tray in
hot, soapy water, rinse and dry. Note: Do not use any abrasive scouring pads
or cleansers on toaster surfaces as scratching will occur. Do not wash the
serving tray in an automatic dishwasher, as warping will occur.
3. Replace and close the tray. Wrap the cord around the clips on the underside of
the toaster for storage.

LEANING
This appliance has no user serviceable parts.
SOLUTION
Toaster must be plugged in and serving
tray opened for toaster to start.
Allow a few seconds for toast rack to close
automatically after toasting. Lift toast lever
up slightly.
Uneven or ragged edges can catch on toast
rack, trim off ragged edges before toasting.
Place cut side of bagel to front of toaster.
This toaster is designed to toast hotter and
faster than standard toasters. Reduce toast
color setting.
