DISMANTLING WHISKS
Lift up the supporting arm (9) and press the whisk eject button (4).
WARNING!
For safety's sake this operation must be carried out only when the appliance is switched off.

STARTING UP
Unwind the feed cable (3) completely and plug into the outlet. Move then the switch/adjuster (5)
from "0" to one of its 5 positions: choosing each time the most appropriate one for the preparation.
Refer to the table (fig. 4) on the following page for the appliance operation settings.
When finished, switch off the appliance by setting the switch (5) to "0" and unplug from the outlet.
WARNING!
Do not use the appliance for more than 4 minutes in succession and let it cool down at
room temperature before using it again.
Keep hands, hair, clothes, palette knives or other tools at a distance from the beaters while they
are moving to avoid injuries and/or dangerous situations.
Do not let the feed cable dangle from the worktop.
Do not let the feed cable touch the moving parts.
Do not place the appliance near sources of heat (hotplates, ovens, electric or gas fires, etc.).
SUGGESTIONS
• For best results, all the ingredients used for your mixture should be at the same temperature.
• Butter, eggs, etc. should be taken out of the refrigerator well in time before using them.
• Beat the cream while it is cold to increase its volume.
• When making doughs, use the dough hooks (7) and select a low speed at first; afterwards increase
the speed.
