External connections

1 GND / PB Step push-button input (open, stop, close), same function as the remote control.
2 GND / PE Photocell input (contact normally closed)
3 GND / +24V Power supply output for accessory equipment.
4 GND / +35V Beacon output
5 GND / SD Security micro input for pedestrian door and stop
In order to protect all the electronic components, and for security reasons, all connections must be made with the operator
disconnected.
Keep in mind that there are specific and strict standards to be observed regarding the security of electrical systems and
automated doors. Only qualified and trained personnel is competent to install and maintain the system in compliance with
the applicable standards.
The installer and user of the automated system will be liable for any damage derived from any non-compliant installation.

Programming

Once all connections are completed, the system automation should be verified.
4.1 Check the rail and chain, place the drive at an intermediate position and make sure it moves up and down properly.
4.2 Then carried out a test with the door disconnected from the motor, open and close it to verify if the mechanical parts
are in place and the door slides smoothly through the guides.
4.3 Check that all the operator's security devices are functioning correctly (security contact strips, stop button and
photocells).
This is one of the most important checks and should be done with great care, in fact, the active security of the door will
depend on the proper operation of these devices. The sensitivity inverter is of great help for accident prevention, and only a
correct installation of the above mentioned devices will be effective for this end.
