Surface standard warranty
With the standard limited warranty, you get:
• One year of warranty for hardware defects and malfunctions.
• 90 days of technical support for preinstalled software from the experts at the Microsoft Answer Desk for Surface.

If you live in the United States, please read the binding arbitration clause and class action
waiver in Section 8. It affects how disputes concerning your Surface or accessory are resolved.

proceeding.
