Problem:
I charged the unit when the blue status LEDs indicated it was low, but
after several hours, there is no change in status.
Answer:
Suspect a faulty charger. Try using the other supplied charger to
determine if the unit charges properly with it. If so, this would confirm the
first charger is no longer working.
Problem:
I have tried both the AC and the DC charging methods and there appears
to be no change in charge status on the unit.
Answer:
Suspect a battery problem.
Problem:
While charging, all Blue Status LEDs light solid to indicate full charge has
been reached. But, when the unit is remove from the charger and Status
Button pressed, no blue LEDs light.

Answer:
1 to 12. Factors impacting this are temperature, general condition of the
vehicle being jump started, engine type and size.

No, the battery connections inside the PP15 make it impossible to replace
the battery.

What is the ideal in-use temperature for the PP15?
Answer:
Room temperature. The PP15 will also operate at low and high
temperatures, however its capacity will be reduced. For instance, high
heat will increase self-discharge of the PP15 battery.

No, only the supplied AC and DC adapters should be used.
