Pilot gas connection for 190 series
See Fig. 4a and 4b.
1. Square off end of tubing (12), clean, remove burrs and form it.
2. With olive (2), nut (3) and injector (6) in position (Fig. 4a and Fig. 4b) or pilot tube shear-off for
top convertible (5) in position (Fig. 4c), insert the tubing into the pilot gas connection until it
until it bottoms out and tighten the nut finger tight.
3. Hold tubing to prevent turning and tighten nut with a 13/32" (10 mm) wrench about one turn
beyond finger tight. Recommended torque: 57 lbf in (6.5 N m).
