ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
Before carrying out any assembly work make sure the machine is turned
off and unplugged.
Assembling the joint.
Insert the spring (4) into the lengthy part of the square bar (3). Engage
the square bar with spring into socket (5), letting part of the spring enter
(4) the socket. Place the gasket (2) on the opposite shorter part of the
square bar, as shown in picture.
Assembling the tomato squeezer.
Insert the complete assembled joint by the socket (5) end into the worm.
Insert the worm (6) together with the assembled joint into the machine
body (1), leaving the square bar coming out from the back.
Insert the filter (7) on the worm (6) and screw in anticlockwise.
It is advisable to slightly lubricate its parts (assembled joint and worm)
with cooking oil.
Insert the machine body (1) into the motor body (9), inserting the fins (14)
in their appropriate slots, then swing the unit anticlockwise till it stops in a
position vertically alligned to the motor, making the lock/unlock lever (18)
fasten in its base.
Hook the slide (8) onto the filter (7). Insert the funnel (9) into the feed.
Warning: before to remove the machine body from the motor body,
switch off the appliance and unplug the power plug from the wall outlet.
Push gently the lock/unlock lever upwards and rotate the machine body
clockwise.
