Boiling process with different
degrees of hardness
·
In order to boil eggs with different degrees of
hardness, you will only need one water filling. If
you want to boil soft-, medium- and hard-boiled
eggs, you should ensure that the eggs are the
same size if possible.

If you want to change from one degree of
hardness to another (soft, medium, hard),
you can select the „CC" - Continued Cooking -
setting.
·
If you want to change from soft-boiled eggs to
hard-boiled eggs, you can select the symbol for
poached eggs:
·
For better orientation we have prepared two
application examples for you.
Application example 1: 7 eggs shall be boiled,
of these 2 soft-boiled, 3 medium-boiled and 2
hard-boiled eggs.

For the boiling process, fill the egg boiler first
with a full measuring jug as usual.
Attention! Even if you only want 2 soft-boiled
eggs, you must rotate the setting to the total
number of desired eggs.
(in the application example 7)

First set the egg boiler to 7 soft-boiled eggs.
·
After the ready message, remove the desired
number of soft-boiled eggs.
·
Thereafter, set the rotary knob to the symbol
„CC" and switch the egg boiler on again.
·
When the beep sounds the next time, remove
again the number of the desired medium-
boiled eggs.
·
For the remaining eggs, rotate the knob again
to the symbol „CC".
Application example 2: 7 eggs shall be boiled, of
these 3 soft-boiled and 4 hard-boiled eggs.
·
For the boiling process, first fill the egg boiler
with a full measuring jug as usual.
·
First set the egg boiler to 7 soft-boiled eggs.
·
After the ready message, remove the desired
number of soft-boiled eggs.
·
Thereafter, set the rotary knob to the symbol for
poached eggs and switch the egg boiler on
again.
·
Switch the egg boiler on again and wait until
the beep sounds.

Poaching eggs
·
Fill a filled measuring jug into the boiling
container.
·
Place the egg tray on the device.
·
Grease the inserts with some oil, so that the
eggs do not stick.
·
Break respectively max. 1 egg into each insert.
·
Now place the inserts for poaching the eggs on
the egg tray.
