WARNING: Before assembly of this kit read through the complete assembly
instructions step by step and note all cautions.
CAUTION: Risk of Fire - Space fixture housing min. 6 in. from surrounding
structures.
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. Do not use with extension cord near
water or where water may accumulate. Keep lamp at least 16 feet from pools and
spas. Keep plugs and receptacles dry. For use only on GFCI protected circuits.
CAUTION: For outdoor use only.
CAUTION: Suitable for wet locations.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of FIRE OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
WARNING: Do not operate the luminaire fitting with a missing or damaged lens
or bulb protector.
WARNING: Do not submerse.
WARNING: Install in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS AS REQUIRED BY THE
CANADIAN ELECTRICAL CODE PART 1.
a) Use only three-wire outdoor extension cords that have three-prong grounding
plugs and grounding receptacles that accept the appliance's plug.
b) Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection is to be provided on the
circuit(s) or outlet(s) to be used for the wet location portable luminaire. Receptacles
are available having built-in GFCI protection and are able to be used for this
measure of safety.
c) Use only with an extension cord for outdoor use, such as an extension cord of
cord type SEW, SEOW, SEOOW, SOW, SOOW, STW, STOW, STOOW, SJEW, SJEOW,
SJEOOW, SJW, SJOW, SJOOW, SJTW, SJTOW, or SJTOOW. OUTDOOR USE ONLY.

Attaching and installing the light
WARNING: Never push the fixture into the ground by the lamp body (A) or use a
hammer to insert the spike (E) into the ground.
To mount the parts together, assemble the post (D), spike (E)
and fixture head (A) together by screwing them together.
When inserting the spike into the ground make sure to hold the
bottom of the post to avoid breaking the fixture.
Adjusting the angle of the fixture head
Loosen the adjustment screw (C) by turning it
counterclockwise. Adjust the head to the desired angle. Re-
tighten the adjustment screw (C) when finished.

Plugging in the flood light

Plug in an outdoor ground fault circuit interruptor (GFCI).
