4. APP FUNCTIONS
4.1 Activities records
Check history activities (week/months) including steps, distance and burned calories
by going to the app. To adjust your goals, please go to "Goal setting" in the "user"
tab to adjust your preferred goal.
4.2 Sleep monitoring
Set the time you go to sleep and the estimated time for waking up in the tab "device
settings" within the App. Make sure to wear this device while you sleep as the device
will automatically recognize your status and monitors your whole sleeping process
by defining it as "deep sleep" or "light sleep". Synchronize with the App in order to
see the sleeping status.
4.3 Notifications alerts
Receive message notifications and text reading such as SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp,
etc.by enabling these function in the device settings
