USAGE PURPOSE

Screen repair separator machine is designed for repairing the displays of the phones, tablets, smartphones, etc.
Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the device is payable by the user!

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

SETTING THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE:
Turn on the device by the main switch.
The display will show the set temperature and then it will show the actual temperature of the working plate.
Setting the temperature:
1. Press the up or down buttons (3) until display will show the value of the desired temperature.
2. Press button (2) in order to set the value of the hundreds (value can be set from 0 to 3), then press again button (2)
in order to set the value of the tens (value can be set from 0 to 9), then press button (2) in order to set the value
of the ones (value can be set from 0 to 9).
SEPARATION OF THE DISPLAY SCREEN:
1. Adjust the distance of four mounting brackets (6) in order to match to the dimensions of the display which will be
separated from the touchscreen.
2. Turn on the power and set the desired temperature.
3. After the desired temperature will be reached, the display can be separated from the touchscreen using the cable
with the holders.
ATTENTION!
• The screen separator should be placed on even, flat and heat resistant working table.
• It should be remembered that the working plate is very hot during normal work of the device.
• Pay attention to the value of the temperature needed for proper separation of the display from the touchscreen.
Too high temperature may destroy the processed screen.
• It is forbidden to use the device near flammable and combustible things.
• The device can be moved only when it is unplugged from the power source and the heating plate is cooled.
• When the device is not used, please unplug the power cord from the power source.
