ADJUSTMENTS

7.1

BEFORE MAKING ANY ADJUSTMENTS

Read the safety instructions.
Stop the engine, apply the hand brake,
and make sure all moving parts are
stationary.
7.2

SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS

NOTE:
When adjusting the seat for different
height operator's, ensure that the
operator's knees DO NOT touch the
(OPC) levers.
There are two ways of adjusting the seat for
different height operators.
The main adjustment is obtained by removing the
knob – pin (E) in the draw bar and change the
length of the draw bar, as shown in FIG 5. There
are 4 possible positions.
The optional adjustment for the seat height is
obtained by removing the bolts (F) as shown in
FIG 6.
7.3

SEAT STOWAGE ON THE MACHINE

NOTE:
The seat can be stowed on the machine
ONLY with the standard pan seat. The
optional low back and high back seats will
not stow away.
In order to stow the seat;
Step One – Fold the seat forward as shown in FIG
6.
Step Two – Pull the pin (G), shown in FIG 6, and
fold the seat over as shown in FIG 7.
Step Three – Lift the trailing seat by the hook (J),
shown in FIG 8, and use your foot to push
the axle forward to the position shown in
FIG 8. Make sure that the axle lock (H),
shown in FIG 9, latches onto the axle
catch.
Step Four – Use the hook (J) , shown in FIG 8, to
lift the trailing seat and latch the hook,
onto the handle bar as shown in FIG 10.
