Troubleshooting:
Problem: Water drains slowly or not at all when in open position
Solution:
1. Remove strainer and clear any obstruction.
2. Clean with drain cleaner or drain snake to remove clogs.
Problem: Tub will not hold water when in closed position.
Solution:
1. Ensure drain stopper is threaded all the way down.
2. Drain stopper may need replacing.
3. Check for leaks at joints and seals.
!
The Full Soak overflow stopper, when placed in
Warning:
the closed position, eliminates the overflow drain. Accordingly,
supervision is required when tub is being filled with the fullsoak
stopper closed. Do not fill bathtub past overflow housing before
getting in. Failure to do so can result in water damage and/or injury.
