Filling the tank
(Fig 2)
1) With the pump handle (A) in the down position,
rotate counterclockwise to loosen.
2) Fill tank according to the manufacturer's
instructions for the chemical being used.
3) Replace pump assembly and rotate handle
clockwise to tighten.
Warning: Do not open bottle / remove pump until
pressure has been released by pulling pressure
release valve (B).
Caution: Do not exceed "max fill" line (C)
Pressurizing the tank
1) Rotate handle (A) to the central "unlock" position
& lift up.
Note: Use caution not to loosen the pump from the
tank.
2) Pump the handle up and down approximately
20-30 times to pressurize the tank.
3) Lower pump handle and rotate handle to "locked"
position.
Spraying
(Fig 4)
1) To begin spraying, depress the thumb lever (a) on
controller.
2) To stop spraying, release thumb lever.
3) For continuous spraying, depress and slide thumb
lever forward to "lock-on" position.
Note: In "lock-on" position, sprayer will continue to
operate until the thumb lever is pulled backward
and released.
Nozzle adjustment
1) To adjust spray pattern, rotate nozzle (a):
Clockwise = jet
Counter-clockwise = fine mist
Caution: Do not adjust nozzle with thumb lever
depressed. Do not unscrew the nozzle completely.
Pressure release
(Fig 6)
1) To Release Tank Pressure, Lift Pressure Release
valve (a) up.
Caution: Never put face or body over pump or
pressure release valve when operating pump or
valve.

Attach wand
1) Rotate wand nut (A) counter clockwise to loosen.
2) Insert wand shaft (B) through the nut and into handle (C)
until fully seated.
3) Rotate wand nut clockwise to secure wand.

Make sure all hoses and fitting are tight, from the tank to the hose, the
hose to the trigger handle and trigger handle to wand.

Make sure there are no cracks or signs of deterioration in hose, pump
or tank.

Using the sprayer with deterioration may result in major injury. Replace
immediately.

Fill tank to fill line with plain water, pump 10 times, point spray away

If there are any issues, do not fill with chemicals. Replace sprayer.

Maintenance and storage

Empty contents after each use. Clean tank, pump, and wand with mild
soap and water. Spray soap and water solution through nozzle, hose,
and controller to remove all traces of chemicals.

After cleaning, thoroughly rinse inside and out with clean water. Spray
clean water through nozzle, hose, and controller.

Allow parts to dry before storage. Store sprayer in a clean dry area out
(Fig 3)

Do not store in extremely hot or cold temperatures.

Lubricate pump o-ring with petroleum jelly or water proof grease once
per year.

Always point nozzle in safe direction.

Never use in windy conditions.

Never put face or body over pump or pressure release valve when
operating pump or valve.

Never open tank until pressure has been released.

Always release pressure and clean sprayer after each use, prior to
storage.

Only use with agricultural chemicals. Never use with flammable,
caustic, or corrosive solutions.

Follow manufacturers instructions for mixing, storage, and safe
disposal of solution being used.

Operate sprayer only in well ventilated areas.
