7) The use of accessories not sold or recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire,
electric shock, or personal injury.

Specific safety instructions:

WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury or damage to the product or to property,
please follow the following instructions:
1) This product was designed for domestic use only, not for commercial or industrial use. Do
not use this product outside the home.
2) Always use this product on a flat and stable surface.
3) DO NOT attempt to open any part of the protective cover of the motor.
4) Only plug this product into a standard 110-120 volt outlet.
5) To reduce the risk of tripping, be sure the cord does not hang below the edge of the table.
6) Disconnect the product immediately if any component malfunctions, if the product produces
any abnormal sound or odor, or if the motor overheats.
7) This product should not be used by children or by persons with a sensory, cognitive, or
physical handicap that could affect their ability to use this product in a safe way.
8) Handle the blade with care as it is very sharp. Also, keep hands and cutlery away from the
blade while the blade is in use to reduce the risk of serious injuries or damage to the product. A
spatula may be used only when the product in not in use.
9) To minimize the risk of personal injury, NEVER place the blade in the base without first put-
ting the bowl in its correct place.
10) Be sure that the top is completely closed before turning on the appliance.
11) DO NOT attempt to remove the top or any content inside the product before the product
finishes the process of cutting the food.
12) This electrical appliance has a polarized plug (one of the prongs of the plug is wider than
the other). To minimize the risk of electric shock, this type of plug can only be inserted into the
outlet in one way. If the plug does not fit easily into the outlet, try and insert it the other way.
If it still does not fit easily into the outlet, contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT attempt to
modify the plug in any way.
13) The maximum capacity of this appliance is 1 ½ cups. Over filling the bowl can cause spill-
age, result in serious injury and/or damage the product or property.
14) DO NOT process raw meat, cheese, coffee beans, or entire pieces of chocolate in this ap-
pliance as it can cause damage to the product.
15) DO NOT operate this appliance for more than 30 seconds at a time in order to avoid
