Please read this manual carefully before using the product. TooQ is not responsible for any
direct or indirect damage caused by improper use.

Instructions for use:
1. Connect the AC power cord to a power outlet.
2. To charge the laptop, choose the DC connector corresponding to your laptop
(both in size and voltage) and connect it to the female DC port. Refer to your laptop's
manual to make sure you have selected the correct voltage. Then connect the charger
to your computer.
3. To charge a device using the USB port, connect the cable from your device's
USB port to the charger female USB-A port.
* Using the laptop connector and USB ports at the same time will not decrease the
charging speed.
Precautions:
• Do not use the charger under high temperatures and high humidity environments.
• It is normal for the device to heat up during use.
• Avoid falls and shocks, electronic components can be damaged.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or open the cover under any circumstances to avoid
material or personal damage.
• Do not attempt to force the connectors, choose the correct connector (size and
voltage) and insert it into your laptop's power connection carefully.
• Check through your laptop's user manual that the connector size and voltage are
compatible with the chosen DC connector. Incorrect output voltage selection can
damage your laptop.
• Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet when the charger is not in use.
Warranty:
TooQ offers a guarantee of 24 months from the time of purchase, so it is necessary to have
the ticket or invoice where the date appears. The distributor or seller where you purchased
this product will respond to your claim and offer your technical service while the warranty is in
effect. The charger must show the serial number without having been altered or deleted, if it is
not intelligible, the warranty will not be applied.
Out of warranty:
The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused to the charger due to:
• Do not follow the user manual.
• Modifications or alterations of any kind.
• High and low temperatures, humidity or contact with liquids.
• Wear and scratches produced in everyday use.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects to the laptop due to improper use of the
laptop or charger.
