When a VoIP account is not successfully registered, No Reg displays.
When an account is successfully registered, the account name displays
(1234 in this example).
If the LCD displays nothing, recheck your hardware
connections. See section .
Follow these steps to configure your network settings.
1. Press MENU to access the menu,
and use the navigator to scroll down
to Adv Setting. Press
You can also use the alphanumeric keypad to make your selections
in the LCD screen. For example, you can press the 4 key in the
Menu Setting screen (above) to go to the Adv Setting screen.
2. Choose from the following options:
• If you were given a username and password for network access, go
to
Set Up PPPoE
• If you were given an IP address and subnet mask to use, go to
Up a Static IP Address
• If you were not given an IP address, go to
Automatically
Entering Letters, Numbers and Symbols
When you enter information into the V300 (when setting up PPPoE, for
example) you may need to enter different kinds of characters. The
alphanumeric keypad has four input modes: Numeric, Uppercase
Alphabet, Lowercase Alphabet, and Symbol.
Use the # key to cycle between them.
