General Description

A remote repeater user-interface can be housed either inside a PRCAB cabinet or inside a PRREP mounting
enclosure.
These enclosures can be wall mounted using the anchor-screw holes, or flush-mounted using the flanges
available on the back of the enclosure.
PRREP provides a front plate in aluminium for the mounting of an FPMCPU front-plate module.

3 Mounting
Refer to Figure 2 - PRREP + FPMCPU, page 8.
The PRREP repeater enclosure comprises two elements: an enclosure which can be wall or flush mounted
(paragraph 2 - [F]) and a front plate for the mounting of a FPMCPU front-plate module (paragraph 2 - [A]).
1. Pull the connection cables through the cable entry on the back (paragraph 2 - [G]).
2. Mount the enclosure to the wall using the holes on the enclosure (paragraph 2 - [H]).
If you are flush mounting the enclosure, the folding flanges (paragraph 2 - [I]) can be used instead of screws.
3. Using the screws supplied with the module and the appropriate holes (paragraph 2 - [D]), mount the
FPMCPU module to the front plate.
Ensure that the module speaker is properly positioned on the front plate (paragraph 2 - [E]).
4. Complete the wiring of the FPMCPU module.
5. Attach the front plate with the wired module to the enclosure by means of the appropriate holes
(paragraph 2 - [C]).
