Part Numbers: 04980932.X, 04980932ZXT, 04980933.X, and 04980933ZXT
Assembly Instructions
Please Note: Size your fuses so that your continuous
load rating = ~75% of the fuse rating.
For example: If your load is 60A use an 80A fuse
1. Unlatch yellow clips (this may require a small flat
head screwdriver) and remove cover
2. Optional – secure spare fuses to inside of cover
with small screws
3. Place MIDI
fuses into holder with terminals flush
®
to bottom of the holder. Make sure that they are in
correct location for your application
4. Place the bus bar directly on top of the fuses.
5. Put the wire through the cap, then apply the
grommet, then crimp on an appropriate sized M5
ring terminal. This should be done for the input and
all output cables
6. Place the wires through the appropriate openings
and onto the studs. Slide the grommets up on
all cables and seat them into the openings of the
holder. This should be done for the input and all
output cables
7 . Snap the caps into place to help secure the
grommets. This should be done for the input and all
output cables
8. Screw down all the flange nuts to 5 Nm torque
9. Replace the cover on the box making sure that the
cover is fitted correctly and the seal is not being
pinched or damaged
10. Snap the AssureLatch™ yellow clips closed to
ASSURE that the unit is properly sealed. If you
cannot snap the clips closed it means that the cover
is not correctly placed and the unit is not sealed.
Check to make sure that the cover is correctly
aligned and pressed completely onto the base.
Attention: Choose M5 terminals that will fit through
the openings in the housings.
Do not crimp on the ring terminals until the caps and
grommets are applied!
