For the purpose of proper use and maintenance of the Intelligent Body Fat Scale, please read
the following instructions before operating.
Specifications

Modes of Operation

Measure Weight Only:
1. Tap the scale with foot or vibrate to power on.

Personal Data Setting Mode (Initial Setup)
1. When LCD is powered off
2. Press the MEM button
3. Use the Up/Down button to select a user number (from 1 to 10).
4. Press SET button and Enter height setting mode (display height 165CM or 5'5")
5. Use Up or Down button to set your height (100cm to 220cm) （3'3".5~7'2".5）；
6. Press SET button to select and enter age setting mode
7. Use Up or Down button to set your age (10 to 99)
8. Press SET button to select and enter gender setting mode (Display GENDER, general
male icon)
9. Press DOWN button to select female, male icon; Use the UP button to select the general
model or athlete model.
10. Press SET button to select and enter GOAL weight setting mode
11. Use Up or Down button to select the YES or No
