ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Assembly Preparation
Remove all contents from box. Reference the parts list to make sure you have
all the parts.
Verify your tabletop or workbench can support 150 lbs. (68 kg.).
Failure to follow this warning could result in damage to property
CAUTION
or personal injury.
NOTE
Cover table or workbench to prevent any damage to surface.
Step 2: Attaching Casters
Turn bottom tray (#6) upside down. Align holes in locking casters (#8) and fixed
wheels (#7) with matching holes in the bottom tray as shown in figure 2.a. Attach
with bolts, washers, and nuts from caster bolt kit (#14) and hand tighten.
NOTE: Ensure that both locking casters are on same end of the cart.
Step 3: Aligning the Legs
Make sure the drawer assembly
lids are closed. Place cart on side
as shown in figure 3. Place one
leg (#3) face up against drawer
assembly and assemble using leg
bolt kit (#15). Repeat for second leg.
Flip cart to opposite side as shown
in figure 3.a. Repeat leg assembly,
except leave the top 2 leg holes
temporarily vacant (handle will be
assembled in figure 5).
Step 4: Attaching Bottom Tray with Casters to Legs
Turn bottom tray (#6) on side - locking casters up. Align holes of
legs (#3) and bottom tray (#6) and assemble using leg bolt kit (#15).
Repeat to assemble all four legs with bottom tray.
