Assembly
Remove the appliance from all packaging. and lay the BBQ top carefully on its side.
1. Attach Frame with Wheels
Attach the frame to the mounts on the underside of the appliance.

Use the a short bolt and nut for each leg. Do not tighten.

Note: Ensure the legs are orientated correctly (see image). Failure to do so results in the
appliance sitting at an angle.
2. Attach Frame with Feet
Slot the other frame into the recess on the underside of the appliance.

Screw the retaining bolt into the recess, fixing the frame in place.

3. Fix Frames Together
Cross the frames over. The frame with feet should fit 'inside' the frame with wheels.

Attach the frames using a long bolt and nut for each, placing a washer between the two frames.

Tighten all nuts and stand the appliance upright.
3.
Slot cooking grids into place.
4.
Installation
Position on a flat, stable surface.
Gas Regulator
It is essential that the correct Gas Regulator is attached to the appliance. The regulator included is correct
for the country of sale.
If the regulator needs to be replaced for any reason, contact your supplier or a qualified gas engineer.
Connect Gas Supply
WARNING: This appliance is designed to work with Propane gas only. DO NOT attempt
to operate this appliance with any other form of gas.
Attach the hose to the regulator, (if included separately) or ensure the connection is secure if already

attached.
Attach the regulator to the gas bottle. Tighten the nut securely.

Turn the gas supply on low and ensure there are no leaks.
3.
Turn the gas supply off when the check is complete.
4.
WARNING: If a leak is found DO NOT use the appliance. Turn off and disconnect from
the gas supply and consult a qualified technician.
