0.0 Preface
This manual is aimed at all those in charge on installation, operation and maintenance of the pasta makers so that
they may best take advantage of the product characteristics. It is important for this manual to be stored and
accompany the machine in all its potential transfers, property change included, in order to be consulted when
needed and therefore have all the information required to operate in safe conditions.
The manufacturer is not responsible for notifying potential subsequent changes to the product. Additionally, by law,
they reserve the right to ownership of this document with tampering, copying and transfer to third parties prohibited
without their authorisation.
The following symbols have been used to highlight certain parts of the text:
indicates hazardous situations for which specific attention must be paid to.

refers to particularly important technical indications.
1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Warranty
The duration of the warranty is 12 months and starts from the date of billing or receipt valid for tax purposes
released on purchase. Within this period, the components that for well established and unequivocal causes are
faulty due to manufacturing shall be replaced or repaired free of charge and only ex works, except for the
electrical components and those subject to wear. Shipment fees and the labour cost are excluded from the
warranty. The warranty is void if it has been ascertained that the damage has been caused by: transport, incorrect
or inadequate maintenance, operator lack of experience, tampering, repairs by unauthorised personnel, failure to
comply with the requirements of this manual. Any recourse to the manufacturer is excluded for direct or indirect
damage resulting from the time for which the machine shall remain inactive due to: failure, waiting for repairs or
however related to the non-physical presence of the equipment.
1.2 Machine characteristics
The planetary kneaders have been designed and manufactured for exclusive foodstuff use for the production of
creams, pasta, sauces, doughs and for all similar uses in pastry and bakery workshops.
Each planetary kneader consists of:
· Steel structure protected with epoxy powder baked coating, containing the transmission and control components
· A tank made with stainless steel, suitable to contain the foodstuff products to be mixed
· A set of interchangeable tools to be used depending on the type of processing to be performed
· Movement transmission is performed with rubber belts which ensure high reliability and silence
· The frame rests on four adjustable feed for perfect machine levelling
· Thermoformed ABS covering casing
· Speed change is performed via electronic changer with manual control.
