CAUTION:
Installer must make sure the Projector Mount is proper-
ly and securely attached and that appropriate fasteners
are used. It is the responsibility of the installer to verify
that the mount is anchored properly to the ceiling.
PLEASE NOTE: THE MOUNT MUST BE ATTACHED
TO WOOD FRAMING. DO NOT MOUNT ONLY TO
DRY WALL.
Before installing, check to make sure all parts of the
mount are included.
Make sure never to exceed the maximum weight
of 40 lbs.
Make sure all screws and bolts are tightened before
allowing Projector Mount to bear the full weight of the
projector.

Lifetime Limited Warranty:
Elexa Consumer Product, Inc. ("ECP"), 6200 N. Hiawatha Ave, 8th Floor, Chicago, IL 60646 ,
warrants to the original retail purchaser ("Purchaser") that this [ (the "Product") will be free of
defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the Purchaser owns the Product.
For the Purchaser only, if the Product does not perform as speci ed due to defective parts or
faulty workmanship, ECP will repair or replace the defective or damaged parts of the Product.
Normal wear and tear is not covered, nor is abnormal use, misuse, mishandling, faulty
installation, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as re, ood or earthquake,
neglect, accident or tampering. This warranty covers only normal use in the United States and
Canada. This warranty does not cover labor costs incurred in installation or reinstallation of the
Product, repair or replacement (or associated costs) of televisions or any other property besides
the defective parts, or Purchaser's costs of shipping damaged or defective parts to ECP.
To obtain warranty service, contact ECP Customer Service by telephone (1-888-229-1459)
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or email (customersupport@elexausa.com) for instructions on
sending damaged parts and documentation and for a Return Material Authorization number
(RMA). Products returned to ECP for repair or replacement without authorization will be
returned to you at your expense. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a legible copy
of the original receipt showing date and particulars of purchase. The RMA number must be
clearly written on the side of the shipping container in which you return the Product or
defective parts. Unless otherwise instructed by us, the Product must be sent freight prepaid
to the following address:

ECP will repair or replace the defective parts and return them at ECP's cost by a shipping
method selected by ECP. When contacting ECP to obtain an RMA, Purchaser may request
expedited return shipping at Purchaser's cost.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND CONDITIONS,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
NO OTHER PERSON OR REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY
ON BEHALF OF ECP OR ASSUME FOR ECP ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL ECP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF
THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING DAMAGES DUE TO ECP'S NEGLIGENCE.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
Protection Guarantee:
For the original purchaser only, in addition to our Lifetime Limited Warranty, Elexa Consumer
Products, Inc. (ECP) will pay the cost of repair or replacement of any property damaged as a
result of failure of this product to perform as specified as a result of defective parts or faulty
workmanship, up to a maximum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), including all taxes,
freight and other ancillary costs of repair or replacement. This Protection Guarantee
applies only to property damage as a result of defective parts or faulty workmanship, and
does not apply to damage resulting from faulty installation (including but not limited to
failure to install in accordance with all instructions), abnormal use, misuse, mishandling,
neglect, accident, weather, acts of God or tampering with the product. ECP will determine,
in its sole discretion, whether to repair or replace damaged property, and reserves the right
to require the use of specified service professionals to make repairs.
To make a claim under this Protection Guarantee, contact ECP Customer Service by telephone
(1-888-229-1459) or email (customersupport@elexausa.com) for instructions. All claims must
be accompanied by a legible copy of the original product receipt showing date and particular
s of purchase; ECP may require additional documentation (including but not limited to
photographs, repair estimates and copies of receipts and invoices for repaired or replaced
property), and no claim will be paid until all required documentation has been provided.
[Customers receiving payment under this Protection Guarantee may be required to release
ECP in writing from any further liability for damages.]
THIS PROTECTION GUARANTEE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, AND DOES NOT REPLACE OR ALTER
THE TERMS AND LIMITATIONS OF ECP'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE
PRODUCT. ASIDE FROM THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS SPECIFIED IN THIS PROTECTION
GUARANTEE, IN NO EVENT WILL ECP BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
