Quality control

Check the appearance of the flowers when leaving the barrel. If the flowers are not clean enough, this is usually because:
+The aspiration is too slow (the leaf collector is dirty/blocked).
+ The cutting blade is not properly adjusted.
+ The machine is dirty. It will need maintenance.
+ The spacing between the blade and the barrel is not correct.
+ The flowers have not been in the barrel for long enough. You are probably adding flowers too quickly. The machine
works best when the barrel is half-full.

Maintenance

For a good final result it is essential to perform periodic maintenance on the machine. The following steps for cleaning and
adjusting the blades are described below. If you work 100% with the machine it will be necessary to clean it every 4-5 hours
of work to have a good cut and performance.

Cleaning
