Tank mounting and installation Instructions

The tanks must be installed and mounted by qualified and approved engineers according to all applying regulations. In case of unintended use OEG GmbH does not
grant any warranty.

The tank must be set up in a frost-proof room and the cable and line lengths must be short. Water connections must comply with local regulations and standards and
the recommendations of the water supplier. The heating water must be treated to prevent corrosion in heating systems.

All connections are premounted and must be checked for tightness before commissioning the tank. After heating up, all connections must be checked again and
tightened if necessary. Seals are subject to wear and therefore only intended for being used once. Seals must be replaced at least every 2 years or in the event of
revisions and reconstructions. The threaded connection must only be used as intended.

Observe the regulations and standards of the energy supplier when installing the electrical connections (e.g. electric heating rod).

The operating pressure and temperature indicated on the nameplate must not be exceeded. Take measures to avoid pressure blows.

The tank must be checked (and cleaned if necessary) at least once a year.

Integrated smooth pipe heat exchangers must only be used with water or water mixes (no vapour). For temperatures higher than 95°C the tanks must be insulated
correspondingly.

Use water only for cleaning.

Warranty according to the Terms and Conditions of Oeg gmbh. The warranty requires the replacement of parts with original parts.

Proper filling in of the tank certificate is a requirement for potential warranty claims.
