Your DX vibrating roller is ideal for compacting either freshly laid
asphalt or granular soils/sands.
Thanks to their combination of versatility and productivity, the
DX rollers are perfect for compacting asphalt on parking lots,
small driveways, sidewalks and on road repairs. The efficient
water sprinkler system ensures an easy operation at all times.
When compacting granular soils or aggregates, the DX rollers
are used in trench work (sewer, gas, cable, sewer) or on
jobsites for compacting foundations.
DX vibratory rollers from Ingersoll Rand deliver optimum
performances in all applications thanks to the right combination
of centrifugal force, static weight, drum diameter, rolling width
and frequency.
The maneuverability is ensured by hydrostatic transmission
allowing for infinite variable speed while the compact design
features a narrow side clearance and a short curb clearance.
The choice between DX-500E and DX-700E depends upon the
level of productivity that you require. The larger roller is wider
and provides therefore a higher level of productivity. On the
other hand, the narrower DX-500E is more suitable in situations
requiring more flexibility around job-site obstacles.
