ASSEMBLY STEPS
 Adult assembly required.
 Follow the instructions and the figures on page 2 of this manual. After each step you should make sure that each part is
well fixed.
 WARNING! THE SCHEMES AND FIGURES IN THIS INSTRUCTION ARE FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY AND
THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE BOUGHT MAY DIFFER FROM THEM.
1.Step 1 – See Figure 12.
WARNING! If your pedal car is with Rubber or EVA wheels, skip this step.
A.) Front wheels installation:
First, remove the front and rear axle's shaft gear. Afterwards place ∅12 gasket, place on the axle the wheel, gasket and М10
self-locking nut. Attach the hubcap.
B.) Driving (rear) wheels installation:
Align the inner part of one of the rear wheels with the curved part of the rear axle. After that attach gasket and М10 self-
locking nut and tighten. Attach the hub cap and the ornamental cap.
2. Step 2 – See Figures 13 and 14:
Attach the ∅22 tube for fixing the front decoration to the steering support to the ∅19 tube of the front axle. Align the 4 holes
of the ∅22 tube with those of the frame. Slide nuts M5*45mm through the openings and screw with M5 self-locking screw
and screwdriver. Do not overtighten in order not to damage any of the parts.
3. Step 3 – See Figures 15 and 16:
Put the front decoration on the tube (3) and fix it to the ∅16 tube.
4. Step 4 – See Figure 17:
Slide the steering fork through the opening in the middle of the front axle. It's curved end must pass through the metal
bracket in the front fork. Put on the top of the steering fork the little plastic bushing and tighten with the cotter pin.
5. Step 5 – See Figure 18:
Attach the steering wheel on top of the steering fork. Align the openings on the steering wheel with those of the steering fork.
Slide through them M5x35 screw and fix it with M5 nut. Do not overtighten in order not to damage any of the parts.
6. Step 6 – See Figure 19 :
Put the seat on the designated place on the cart frame. Fix it with M5*60 screws. Do not overtighten as to avoid damage on
the parts.
CLEANING AND MAINTANENCE OF THE PRODUCT
 Cleaning:
1.Do not wash it with water and soap. Do not use the car, when it rains or snows. Water may damage the motor, electric
system or battery.
2.Clean the battery operated car with soft, dry cloth only. In order to restore the shine of the plastic parts, use polishing
agent for furniture WITHOUT wax. Do not use strong abrasive cleaning agents.
 Maintenance and storage:
1.The responsibility to check the main parts of the toy before use is entirely to the parents/ adult.
2.Check whether the stationary parts are fixed well and if the wheels can rotate freely
3.If necessary, tighten the loose screws and bolts.
4.Make sure that the plastic parts of the toy are not cracked or broken. If there is any damage to the kart, do not use it, until
it is removed. For advice, contact the shop from which you purchased the product, or the importer.
5.Do not overload the cart.
6.Regularly check the pedal car before and after each use:
A.) If there are loose screws and bolts, tighten them.
B.) If the seat is loose, tighten the screws.
C.) Periodically lubricate the chain.
7.Occasionally, use lubricating oil, in order to oil the moving parts. You must apply a very thin layer of the oil and be careful
while applying it.
8.Do pour water on the product with water during play.
9.When you do not use the product, you should store it at a dry, cool and well ventilated place
10.Do not store the product near heat sources – open fires, heaters or cookers, and as well in places with high humidity.
11.IMPORTANT! DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES OF THE BODY OF THE CAR AND ITS MAIN PARTS! This may lead to
damaging of the car, improper operation and a risk of injury to the child. These parts must be maintained by an expert –
authorized repair shop or importer.
