Statement of use
This product is designed for supplying air.
No other use permitted.

Applications
Check max. working pressure (MPa) on the type
label of the reel.
Max. working air pressure: 1.5 MPa.
Ambient temperature: -10 °C / +60 °C.
Mounting instruction

The reel can be wall, floor or ceiling mounted
according to the pictures.
Maximum installation height above floor level is
4 m.
Select a level surface on which to mount the reel.
Ensure that suitable fixing bolts are used and that
they are secure.
The bolts must stand a torque force of minimum
7600 N.
When choosing mounting place it should be
notified that the lifetime of the hose can be
affected by chemicals and strong UV or heat
radiation.
Weight, incl. hose: 28 - 30 kg.
Hose outlet

The hose outlet can be rotated and locked in
various positions.
Select an angle to ensure a minimum bending
angle for the hose against the outlet rollers.
Connection to the pipework system

(Fig.B pos. 2).
The reel must be connected to the pipework
system with inlet hose only, minimum 0,5 m.
The hose should go through the ring (*) which
shall be fitted on the bracket.
Check that the hose is not twisted or strained
after connection.
A stop valve should be fitted on the pipe system
before the hose connection.
Ratchet mechanism

The hose reel is delivered with a ratchet
mechanism which retains the hose in the
required outdrawn position.
The ratchet will disengage if the hose is drawn
out a little further (1) and the hose then recoils to
the drum (2).
It should be noted that the hose should be held
by the hand as long as possible during the
recoiling.
Selecting hose
When selecting hose, see dimension and working
pressure on the reels identification label.

Hose fitting

1. Install the reel in the intended place.
2. Pull the hose through the outlet of the reel and
fasten the end of the hose onto the swivel.
Then lay the hose, fully extended from the
reel, on the floor.
3. Release the safety catch.
4. Release the latch mechanism by pulling the
hose slightly in the direction of the arrow.
Then let the hose slowly coil up on to the reel
drum.
5. Fit the hose stop.
